From the on-boarding process, where you will learn more about the Company, our culture and benefits, to being introduced to Grace Hill on-line Fair Housing training and the Yardi system, you will be provided with the tools that will make your job much easier and more efficient.
We have and will continue to commit corporate resources to growing and educating our apartment professionals, who are essential to our success. A great example of this commitment is our Academy. With greater focus on sales training, the program emphasizes the resident-focused skills our people put to use every day. The Associated Estates team of experienced apartment operators and marketing professionals takes training out to the field, so our community-based staffs spend less time traveling and more time focused on their key customers – our residents and prospects. The Academy provides a variety of courses to help employees develop, enhance, and improve their job performance and skills. Our instructors spend considerable time in the field, conducting hands-on training at the properties, with a focus on sales, marketing and management curriculum, as well as operations, administration and Yardi curriculum. |
