Bonus Potential/Employee Recognition:

Service Anniversaries Awards:
When one of our employees achieves three years of service with the Company there is an opportunity to select a gift as a token of our appreciation. It is our pleasure to recognize additional milestones of service reached by our employees. When these additional milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years have been reached, employees will be offered a selection of gifts in honor of their anniversary.
All-Star Award Program:
An Associated Estates All-Star is awarded on a quarterly basis and is intended to reward and recognize those employees who exemplify the Company's Core Values of Commitment, Customer Service, Integrity, Respect and Teamwork. All-Star recipients are selected based on nominations the Company receives from employees, residents, vendors, and prospects. Any employee who is nominated for an All-Star Award will also be considered for the annual MVP award. The MVP award will be delivered to the employee who has consistently exceeded expectations and embodies the Company's core values.
